TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF e-GIFT VOUCHERS

  1. The e-Gift Voucher can ONLY be redeemed on our online store : www.Saintpure.com
  2. Vouchers can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as e-Gift Voucher. It can NOT be redeemed against COD Orders.
  3. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other e-Gift Vouchers.
  4. If the order value exceeds the e-Gift Voucher amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking.
  5. If the order value is less than the amount of the voucher, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same e-Gift Voucher.
  6. Vouchers and unused balance of e-Gift Vouchers expire 1 year from the date of issue.
  7. e-Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit but are transferable.
  8. Saintpure.com is not responsible if voucher is lost, stolen or used without permission.
  9. Purchase of e-Gift Vouchers are not eligible for cashback offers.

How do I buy / gift an e-Gift Voucher?
  • Enter the name and email address of the person you want to send the e-Gift Voucher (e-GV).
  • Enter your name and your email address, as the sender/gifter of the e-Gift Voucher.
  • Choose the Gift Certificate theme.
  • Enter the message.
  • Enter the amount of the voucher you would like to purchase then click "Continue".
  • Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email with the e-GV details.
How do I pay with an e-Gift Voucher?
  • Go to saintpure.com and select the items you want to purchase. When you are ready to checkout, click "Checkout", the same as our regular checkout.
  • Select the "Use Gift voucher" option.
  • Enter your voucher number.
Is there a limit on how many e-Gift Vouchers that can be used per order?
Customers can redeem one gift voucher per order.
